Wing Hing offers culinary ideation sessions designed to keep our customers’ creative juices flowing. These informative and enjoyable sessions led by research chefs and other experts in their fields assist restaurant owners and corporate chefs in the development of new menu items. Running between two and six hours long, these sessions engage with both practical and imaginative subjects ranging from market trends and new products, to innovations in preparation technique and flavor combinations. Wing Hing is dedicated to advancing the culinary arts based on consumers’ evolving taste preferences nationwide. In these workshop-like sessions we brainstorm, build and maintain valued partnerships with our customers, maximize their budgets, and together, move the art of food preparation and the science of food manufacturing into the 21st Century. |
